HE / HIM
I’ll be honest, I am not a natural-born leader, and I’m surprised I’ve made it this far. The challenges of this career path have definitely made me consider moving in another direction a few times, but the deep layers of this practice have only grown more potent with time. From those teachings, it reminds me what I do is important to this world. This practice has changed my life, and it continues to fuel my drive to share it with others.
With over 10,000 hours of in-class experience and 500+ hours of training, I have honed my skills as a teacher. My style is primarily influenced by my esteemed mentor, Jason Crandell. Over the past 10 years, I have refined my approach to meet the needs of modern-day practitioners. I am dedicated not only to teaching but also to deepening my understanding of this practice and exploring movement beyond the realm of yoga.
When you step into my class, expect a well-structured sequence that imparts skills and techniques, accompanied by clear and well-paced verbal communication. The carefully curated music creates an immersive experience to help you get out of your head and back into the moment. Through this discipline, my aim is to help you connect, honor, and strengthen our bodies, minds, and maybe even our spirits.
Beyond teaching, I embrace the joys of life. You may find me sunbathing on my balcony, eating my way through NYC, and exploring every corner of this globe.
