Chia-Ti has over 21 years of experience teaching yoga, qigong, somatics, mindfulness and resilience building. She has been providing Thai massage and somatic bodywork to clients for the past 17 years. She also leads domestic and international yoga retreats through her business onelovewellness. Her passion is making connections between wellness and social justice, through a trauma-conscious and strengths-based lens. Chia-Ti facilitates workshops and trainings on navigating stress, cultivating resilience, and encouraging belonging. She teaches adults, elders, and teens in New York City. She believes in making wellness accessible, affordable, and relevant for all.
