Nik Rama is a breathwork and meditation teacher based in New York City. He completed six months of Buddhist Mindfulness training at MNDFL with David Perrin in NYC and 200 hours RYT specializing in Kriya/Himalayan Kundalini at Sattva Yoga with Anand Mehrotra in Rishikesh, India.
He serves on the board for the Recovery Dharma NYC and has also taught mindfulness and breathwork with organizations such as Google and Pinterest.
Nik is passionate about using breathwork and meditation to access inner depths to reshape the mind and enhance wellbeing.
