Jenny has always been fascinated by the human experience and what it means to embody an inspired, intentional lifestyle. As a guide in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound, her mission is to support others in cultivating deeper self-connection and self-agency. Jenny believes these contemplative practices are invaluable tools for navigating life with authenticity and alignment, expanding our capacity for compassion, peace, and integrated well-being. With a deep understanding of various modalities, her offerings have empowered clients to transform their health and well-being in mind, body, and spirit.

A student of mindfulness for over two decades, Jenny discovered yoga as a teenager drawn to meditation and has since pursued a lifelong journey of self-inquiry. Having managed chronic pain, debilitating health conditions, and depression, she understands firsthand the transformative power of these practices to heal and thrive. As a certified Yoga Therapist and Nike Well Collective Trainer with thousands of hours of training, she has spent over 10 years sharing her teachings with private clients, public groups, and corporate teams in NYC and beyond. Through classes, workshops, and retreats, Jenny provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space for students to reconnect with their essence and rediscover their innate ability to heal and grow. Her work centers on the belief that every person is their own greatest teacher—she is simply a guide, helping them return to themselves and live in joyful harmony with their true path.
