A flow style class grounded in traditional vinyasa yoga asana, functional movement and strength work, pranayama (breath techniques) and philosophy.

Active practice rounds out with sweet relaxation in restorative yoga postures to integrate the mindful connections of active movement.

Expect a move and sweat, as well as slow down and find contemplative moments.

This class is the perfect combination of effort (sthira) and ease (sukha) in a thoughtful, well-rounded practice.
